MINIMUM OPENING ORDER: $150

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES by Product:
Single Cards - 3 Minimum, each design
Boxed Sets - 3 Minimum, each design
(Must be sold in box set - not split up and sold individually)
Stickers - 3 Minimum, each design
Prints - 3 Minimum, each design
Originals - any size - 1 each
PAYMENT: All major credit cards are accepted. Or payment via Paypal. Payment will be processed at the time of shipment
and will included actual shipping charges.
Existing retailers may inquire about Net 30 terms.
TURNAROUND TIME & SHIPPING: We typically ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of the order for in-stock items.
We will notify the retailer of any delays.
Most orders will be shipped via USPS. If you have a preferred shipping method, please let us know! Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. We do not charge handling fees.
BACK ORDERS: Back ordered items will be indicated on the invoice. We will pay postage and ship back ordered items as soon as they become available. If you prefer to wait and wish to cancel any back orders, please let us know as soon as possible.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: Refunds and/or exchanges will only be allowed on incorrect or damaged goods. In such cases, products must be unused and returned with their original packaging and invoice within 7 days of their receipt. Cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours of ordering. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders.
If your order is damaged in transit or you received defective items, we are committed to replacing those so that you receive the entirety of your order in good condition. To have your order/items replaced, please
email ajoyfulsoulgifts@gmail.com with images of the damaged or defective items.
ORIGINAL PACKAGING:
All items should be sold in their original packaging.
All items packaged as sets must be sold as sets. Exceptions to this packaging rule are items taken out
of packaging, to use for sample display purposes.
USE OF PHOTOS:
Retailers may use our photos for their own website and social media purposes. Please attribute all pictures and products displayed, to us using our IG handle: @ajoyfulsouldotcom
Use of our photos is limited to RETAILERS ONLY!
We take great care to watch where our photos and products are used. It hurts both A Joyful Soul and our retailers if unprotected photos are distributed and stolen by fast fashion or mass-merchandise companies!
INTERNATIONAL RETAILERS:
We will be selling our catalog of products through FAIRE in the near future, which should make it easy to order.
